Heather is a lifelong resident of the Tri-State area. She attended both Port Jervis and Delaware Valley schools. Heather is an Orange County Community College graduate where she studied physical therapy. She has been employed at Garnet Health Medical Center - Catskills Campus for 14 years in the rehab department as a PTA, with a focus on outpatient physical therapy. Heather spent several years as a Girl Scout leader for her daughter's troop and always received great joy watching every game or sporting event her children participated in. Heather’s greatest accomplishment is being the mother of 3 beautiful children, Meagan, Steven, and Colin. Heather has been married for nearly 30 years to her husband, Jeff Quinn, whom she resides with in Sparrowbush, NY. Heather enjoys time at the beach, hiking, and photography. In recent years, Heather has been working on visiting all of the National and State Parks in a desire to see the beautiful country we live in.
Heather was the driving force in getting the foundation up and running in 2024. It started as part of her grieving process in doing something to honor her son, Steven, and keep his memory alive while carrying on his legacy by quietly helping those in the community in need. Heather is committed to ensuring Steven is never forgotten but lives on through those who cherish his memories, share stories of his kindness, and embody the values he stood for in their daily lives.

He’s been a member of Pole Bridge Hunting Club for over 45 years, has held various positions on the Club’s board, and is a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.
